Ingredients

  • 1 medium cucumber
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 1 small fennel bulb
  • 2 leaves kale
  • 1 whole lemon
  • 1 inch fresh ginger root
  • 1 whole green apple
  • 3–5 leaves fresh mint

Instructions

  1. Wash and cut the cucumber, celery, fennel, lemon, and apple into small pieces.
  2. Feed the pieces into the juicer, alternating between hard and soft ingredients.
  3. Continue juicing until all ingredients are processed.
  4. Pour the juice into a glass and serve immediately.
