Ingredients

The Base Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats
  • ¼ cup creamy nut butter of your choice
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ¼ cup protein powder of your choice

Optional Ingredients

  • to taste spices (cinnamon, nutmeg)
  • to taste sea salt
  • to taste vanilla (or other flavor) extracts
  • to taste mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Combine all base ingredients in a mixing bowl until the protein powder is fully absorbed.
  2. Continue mixing until the batter is well combined, even if it seems a little dry.
  3. Roll the mixture into 12 balls.
  4. Store the protein balls in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
