Instructions
- Combine peanut butter, oats, protein powder, 2 tablespoons of honey, and salt in a bowl.
- Stir until the mixture resembles cookie dough.
- Taste and add more honey if desired.
- If the mixture is too wet, add more oats or protein powder.
- Scoop the dough into balls using a tablespoon and roll them in your hands.
- Place the balls on a parchment-lined plate.
- Chill in the fridge to firm up before serving.
