Instructions

  2. Stir until the mixture resembles cookie dough.
  3. Taste and add more honey if desired.
  4. If the mixture is too wet, add more oats or protein powder.
  5. Scoop the dough into balls using a tablespoon and roll them in your hands.
  6. Place the balls on a parchment-lined plate.
  7. Chill in the fridge to firm up before serving.
