Ingredients

The pretzels

  • 70 to 80 pieces mini hard pretzels

The coatings

  • 8 ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil, divided
  • 1 teaspoon pure peppermint extract, divided
  • 8 ounces white chocolate, chopped

The toppings

  • ½ cup crushed peppermint candies or candy canes

Instructions

  1. Prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. Melt semisweet chocolate with 1½ teaspoons of coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth.
  3. Melt white chocolate with the remaining 1½ teaspoons of coconut oil in a separate bowl, stirring until smooth.
  4. Dip half of the pretzels in white chocolate, then place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Drizzle the dipped pretzels with semisweet chocolate and sprinkle with crushed peppermint candies.
  6. Repeat the dipping process with the remaining pretzels in semisweet chocolate, then drizzle with white chocolate and sprinkle with crushed peppermint.
  7. Allow the pretzels to set until the chocolate hardens, approximately 30 minutes, or refrigerate to speed up the process.
