Chocolate Peppermint Covered Pretzels

Instructions
- Prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Melt semisweet chocolate with 1½ teaspoons of coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth.
- Melt white chocolate with the remaining 1½ teaspoons of coconut oil in a separate bowl, stirring until smooth.
- Dip half of the pretzels in white chocolate, then place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Drizzle the dipped pretzels with semisweet chocolate and sprinkle with crushed peppermint candies.
- Repeat the dipping process with the remaining pretzels in semisweet chocolate, then drizzle with white chocolate and sprinkle with crushed peppermint.
- Allow the pretzels to set until the chocolate hardens, approximately 30 minutes, or refrigerate to speed up the process.
