Chocolate Covered Cinnamon Sugar Pretzels

The chocolate

milk, semi-sweet or dark chocolate (melted)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine melted butter, pretzels, and cinnamon sugar.
- Spread the pretzels on the prepared baking sheets in an even layer.
- Drizzle with any remaining butter and sprinkle with any leftover cinnamon sugar.
- Bake for 10 minutes until toasted and golden, watching closely to prevent burning.
- Let cool slightly, then melt the chocolate over a double boiler or in the microwave.
- Dip each pretzel in chocolate and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Repeat with the remaining pretzels and freeze for 10 minutes to set.
- Store in an airtight container for up to one week.
