Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180C/350F and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix the flour and yogurt until combined, then form into a dough ball.
- Flour a surface and roll out the dough, then divide it into 8 equal pieces.
- Shape each piece into a pretzel by rolling it into a long sausage and twisting it.
- Place the pretzels on the baking tray, brush with butter or water, and bake for 17-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Let the pretzels cool for 10 minutes, then mix cinnamon and sugar in a bowl.
- Spray the pretzels with cooking spray and dip them in the cinnamon mixture.
