Homemade Pretzels Without Yeast

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the self-rising flour with Greek yogurt and mix until fully combined, forming a dough ball.
- Lightly flour a surface and add a tablespoon of flour to the dough ball. Press the ball down and divide it into 8 pieces, rolling each into a long, thin shape.
- Fold the ends of each piece to form a pretzel shape and place them on the prepared tray.
- Brush the tops of each pretzel with butter and sprinkle with coarse salt.
- Bake for 20-22 minutes or until golden brown, then allow to cool completely on the pan.
