Instructions
- Line a sheet pan with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
- Melt the dark chocolate chips in a bowl using a microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
- Check the temperature of the chocolate; it should be around 90°F.
- Dip each pretzel rod into the chocolate, covering two-thirds of it, and allow excess chocolate to drip off.
- Sprinkle crushed candy canes over the chocolate-covered pretzels.
- Let the chocolate set until completely firm, then store in an airtight container until ready to serve.
- For presentation, serve in a tall glass or vase.
