Instructions
- Rinse the sushi rice thoroughly to remove excess starch.

- After cooking, turn off the Instant Pot and let the pressure release naturally for 10 minutes.
- Transfer the cooked rice to a glass bowl and fluff with a fork.
- Stir in the rice vinegar, sugar, and extra salt gently.
- Allow the rice to cool to room temperature before serving.
