Loaded BBQ Stuffed Twice Baked Potatoes

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees and prepare a sheet pan with aluminum foil.
- Poke holes in the potatoes and bake them on the middle rack for 45 minutes until cooked through.
- Cook the bacon until crispy, then crumble it.
- In a skillet, cook the ground turkey, seasoning it with paprika, salt, and pepper until browned.
- Add barbecue sauce to the turkey and cook for a couple more minutes.
- Once the potatoes are cool, slice them open and scoop out the insides, mixing them with sour cream, milk, and salt.
- Stir in cheddar cheese, ground turkey, and most of the bacon.
- Fill the potato skins with the mixture, top with remaining cheese and bacon, and bake for another 10-15 minutes until golden.
