Ingredients

The cake

  • 8 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 4 tablespoons dairy free chocolate chips
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • teaspoon sea salt
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 2 teaspoons tomato paste
  • 2 tablespoons dairy free milk

Optional toppings

  • 25 pieces mini marshmallows
  • 2 rectangles graham crackers
  • 2 tablespoons vegan chocolate chips
  • 2 teaspoons non dairy milk
  • ¼ teaspoon tomato paste
  • dash salt

Instructions

  1. Mix the dry ingredients in a mug.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and combine well.
  3. Microwave for 2 minutes, checking for doneness at 90 seconds and every 15 seconds after.
  4. Let the cake cool slightly before enjoying.
  5. For optional chocolate sauce, combine the ingredients in a microwave-safe container and heat until melted.
