Instructions
- In a mug, mix the oil, milk, sugar, and cocoa powder for about 15 seconds.
- Add the flour, baking powder, sea salt, and vanilla extract, stirring for about 30 seconds to combine.
- Fold in the chocolate chips, and optionally sprinkle some on top.
- Microwave for 65 seconds, checking that it's mostly cooked in the center.
- Let the mug cake cool for 3 to 5 minutes before enjoying.
