Instructions
- Mix the cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, Creole seasoning, green onions, parsley, salt, and pepper in a bowl until well combined.
- Spread about 3 tablespoons of the cream cheese mixture over each tortilla, leaving a 1-inch border.
- Layer the tortillas with shredded chicken, baby spinach, red bell pepper, and optional cheese.
- Roll up each tortilla tightly and wrap in foil, then refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
- Slice each tortilla into 4 to 5 pinwheels before serving.
