Instructions
- Mix cream cheese, taco seasoning, and cheddar cheese in a bowl until combined.
- Add chicken, bell peppers, and cilantro to the mixture and stir until well combined.
- Spread approximately ⅓ cup of the mixture onto a tortilla and roll it up tightly.
- Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
- Cover the rolled tortillas with plastic wrap and chill for at least one hour or up to one day.
- Slice the rolled tortillas into 1-inch pinwheels and serve with guacamole or salsa.
