Ingredients

The filling

  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
  • 1 can diced tomatoes with green chiles
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup scallions
  • ½ cup pitted black olives

The wraps

  • 8 8-inch flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. Mix cream cheese, sour cream, and taco seasoning in a bowl until combined.
  2. Fold in diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, scallions, and chopped olives.
  3. Spread about ½ cup of the mixture over each tortilla.
  4. Roll each tortilla tightly and wrap in plastic.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  6. Trim unfilled ends and slice each tortilla into 8 pieces.
