The wraps
Instructions
- Mix cream cheese, sour cream, and taco seasoning in a bowl until combined.
- Fold in diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, scallions, and chopped olives.
- Spread about ½ cup of the mixture over each tortilla.
- Roll each tortilla tightly and wrap in plastic.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Trim unfilled ends and slice each tortilla into 8 pieces.
