Chicken Taco Tortilla Pinwheels

The wraps

Instructions
- Mix cream cheese, Greek yogurt, shredded cheddar, salsa, and taco seasoning until combined.
- Add scallions and shredded chicken, mixing until thoroughly combined.
- Lay a tortilla flat and scoop about ½ cup of filling onto the center.
- Spread the filling evenly across the tortilla and roll it up tightly.
- Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
- Wrap each roll-up in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Slice each roll-up into 6 equal-sized pinwheels before serving.
