Instructions
- Line a large tray or plate with parchment paper.
- Melt the chocolate using a double boiler or in the microwave until smooth and glossy.
- Remove the melted chocolate from heat and whisk in the sugar until smooth.
- Transfer the chocolate into a piping bag fitted with a round tip.
- Pipe tiny dots of chocolate onto the parchment paper.
- Let the chocolate chips cool at room temperature until firm.
