Instructions
- Combine yeast with warm milk and a portion of flour to create a paste, then let it rest.
- Mix the rest of the yeast, milk, flour, vanilla, and egg yolks in a stand mixer until smooth.
- Add sugar, salt, and butter, then gradually add remaining flour and knead until smooth.
- Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
- Roll out the dough and cut into doughnut shapes, then let them proof until doubled in size.
- Heat oil in a pot and fry the doughnuts until golden brown, then cool on a wire rack.
- For the jelly, cook rhubarb, lemon juice, honey, and vanilla seeds until soft, then add strawberries and chia seeds.
- Prepare the glaze by mixing powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
- Fill the doughnuts with jelly and peanut butter, then dip in the glaze.
