Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F and prepare a doughnut pan with cooking spray.
- In a small bowl, mix the diced strawberries with agave nectar or maple syrup and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
- Add the milk, egg, and melted butter to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Fold in the strawberry mixture.
- Fill each doughnut mold about ⅔ full and bake for 7-9 minutes.
- Allow to cool for 5 minutes before removing from the pan.
