Easy Baked Strawberry Donuts

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (176°C) and grease the donut pan.
- Blend the strawberries to make the strawberry purée.
- In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of strawberry purée, cane sugar, avocado oil, and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth.
- Add almond flour, potato starch, arrowroot starch, baking powder, and sea salt to the mixture. Whisk until combined.
- Spoon the batter into the donut pan, filling each ring.
- Bake for 20-22 minutes until golden and springy.
- Cool the donuts in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a cooling rack.
- For the glaze, mix powdered sugar, strawberry purée, vanilla extract, and sea salt until smooth.
- Dip the cooled donuts in the glaze and let set.
