Gluten-Free Strawberry Banana Donuts

The chocolate glaze

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In one bowl, mix the almond flour, oat flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together the mashed banana, eggs, almond milk, honey, and vanilla.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients, mixing until just combined, then fold in the chopped strawberries.
- Spray the donut pans with nonstick spray and pipe the batter into each well.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the donuts cool for 2 minutes in the pan before transferring to a wire rack.
- To make the glaze, melt the white chocolate chips and coconut oil in the microwave, mixing until smooth.
- Dip the tops of the cooled donuts into the melted chocolate and top with sprinkles.
