Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In one bowl, mix the dry ingredients: flours, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk the wet ingredients: eggs, mashed bananas, applesauce, maple syrup, and vanilla.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Prepare two 6-count donut pans by spraying them with nonstick spray.
- Spoon the batter into a pastry bag, snip off the corner, and pipe the batter into the donut molds.
- Bake for 11 to 13 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the donuts cool on a wire rack.
- For optional icing, mix erythritol, milk, and vanilla, then dip the cooled donuts in the glaze.
