Strawberry Cake Donuts

The glaze

powdered sugar or sugar substitute

plain Greek yogurt or non dairy Greek yogurt

non dairy milk or water

strawberry puree
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease the donut pan.
- Sift the flour and whisk in the sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
- Blend the strawberries and non-dairy milk until smooth.
- Add the egg, melted butter, and vanilla to the blender and mix until combined.
- Pour the blended mixture into the dry ingredients in thirds, stirring gently after each addition until smooth.
- Spoon the batter into the greased donut pan, filling each mold.
- Bake for 15 to 17 minutes until golden brown.
- While the donuts bake, prepare the glaze by mixing the powdered sugar, Greek yogurt, non-dairy milk, and strawberry puree.
- Once the donuts are cool, dip them in the glaze.
