Cardamom yogurt sauce

Instructions
- Prepare the cardamom yogurt by mixing yogurt, lime juice, cardamom, salt, and pepper in a small bowl; set aside.
- Heat coconut oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add onion, carrot, broccolini stems, salt, and pepper; cook for 5 minutes until soft.
- Stir in broccolini florets and chickpeas, cooking for an additional 4 minutes until tender.
- Reduce heat, add curry powder, turmeric, and lime juice; mix well.
- Add cauliflower rice and scallions; cook for 3-4 minutes until warmed through.
- Season to taste, then top with cashews, red pepper flakes, and cilantro.
- Serve with cardamom yogurt, lime slices, naan bread, and hot sauce.
