Easy Fettuccine Alfredo With Broccoli

Instructions
- Cook fettuccine in salted water according to package instructions.
- Add broccoli during the last 3-4 minutes of cooking.
- Drain the pasta and broccoli, then return to the pot.
- In a separate saucepan, melt butter and add half and half, stirring until it simmers.
- Cook the sauce for 5-8 minutes until slightly thickened, stirring occasionally.
- Add garlic powder, salt, black pepper, cayenne, and Parmesan cheese to the sauce.
- Pour the sauce over the pasta and broccoli, tossing to coat.
- Serve immediately, adding more Parmesan on top if desired.
