Spicy Orecchiette with Chicken Sausage and Kale

Instructions
- Cook the orecchiette according to package directions and reserve about ⅓ cup of pasta water before draining.
- Slice the chicken sausage into medallions and sauté in olive oil over medium heat until browned.
- Add minced garlic and butter to the pot and sauté for one more minute.
- Stir in chopped kale and reserved pasta water, cooking until the kale wilts.
- Remove from heat and add the cooked orecchiette, allowing to cool slightly.
- Stir in grated Parmesan, crushed red pepper, salt, and freshly cracked pepper.
- Mix well and serve warm.
