Healthy Blender Spinach Muffins

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a muffin tin.
- Blend bananas, spinach, milk, oil, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add oats, coconut sugar, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt, and blend again until smooth.
- If using, fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the muffin tin and bake for 23 minutes.
- Allow to cool on a wire rack for at least 10 minutes before enjoying.
