Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350ºF and line a muffin pan with muffin liners.
- Blend the banana and Greek yogurt until smooth, then add the spinach and blend again.
- Add the remaining ingredients to the blender and pulse until combined.
- Scoop the batter into the muffin tins, filling them about ¾ full.
- Bake for about 20 minutes or until the center is fully cooked.
