Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a muffin pan.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the eggs, mashed bananas, both sugars, sour cream, and vanilla.
- In another bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix with a spatula until combined.
- Pour in the melted butter and mix thoroughly, scraping down the sides.
- Pour the batter into the prepared muffin pan and bake for 16-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
