Double Chocolate Mocha Cookies

The cookie dough

The wet ingredients

grapeseed oil or palm shortening

agave nectar or honey

Instructions
- Combine the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
- In a small bowl, mix together the wet ingredients.
- Combine the wet and dry mixtures, then fold in the chocolate chips.
- Drop tablespoonfuls of dough onto a lined baking sheet.
- Bake at 350°F for 7-8 minutes.
- Cool the cookies before serving.
