Instructions
- Sauté ghee, diced onion, and garlic in a small pan until the onions are translucent.
- In the slow cooker, combine the sautéed onions and garlic with chicken, sweet potatoes, red pepper, green beans, chicken broth, spices, and salt.
- Cook on low for 6 hours.
- Stir in coconut milk and cook on low for an additional 30-60 minutes until hot, adjusting seasoning as needed.
