Ingredients

  • 300 g fresh or frozen ravioli of choice
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 4 oz Burrata cheese
  • ½ lemon zest
  • 1 serving Mediterranean-Inspired Tofu Crumble
  • to taste fresh basil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F and prepare a 9×6-inch casserole dish.
  2. Prepare all ingredients and set aside in separate bowls.
  3. Layer the ingredients in the casserole dish in the following order: marinara, ravioli, parmesan, marinara, tofu, marinara, lemon zest, tofu, marinara, ravioli, parmesan, lemon zest, and top with burrata cheese.
  4. Spread the burrata evenly across the top.
  5. Bake for 25 to 28 minutes until golden, then broil for a couple of minutes to brown the top.
  6. Garnish with fresh basil, allow to cool slightly, and serve.
