Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and prepare a 9×6-inch casserole dish.
- Prepare all ingredients and set aside in separate bowls.
- Layer the ingredients in the casserole dish in the following order: marinara, ravioli, parmesan, marinara, tofu, marinara, lemon zest, tofu, marinara, ravioli, parmesan, lemon zest, and top with burrata cheese.
- Spread the burrata evenly across the top.
- Bake for 25 to 28 minutes until golden, then broil for a couple of minutes to brown the top.
- Garnish with fresh basil, allow to cool slightly, and serve.
