Instructions
- Cut the hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise and separate the yolks from the whites.
- Place the yolks in a small bowl and add Greek yogurt, mayo, and Dijon mustard; mix well.
- Stir in the chopped dill and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Fill each egg white half with a heaping tablespoon of the yolk mixture.
- Sprinkle with cayenne pepper or paprika and enjoy!
