Deviled Eggs

Ingredients

  • 6 pieces hard-boiled eggs
  • 2 tbsp fat free Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp mayo
  • tsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp fresh chopped dill
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper
  • a few pinches cayenne pepper or paprika

Instructions

  1. Cut the hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise and separate the yolks from the whites.
  2. Place the yolks in a small bowl and add Greek yogurt, mayo, and Dijon mustard; mix well.
  3. Stir in the chopped dill and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Fill each egg white half with a heaping tablespoon of the yolk mixture.
  5. Sprinkle with cayenne pepper or paprika and enjoy!
