Instructions
- Boil water in a medium saucepan and place eggs in a steamer basket above the water.
- Cover and cook for 13 minutes, then transfer eggs to an ice bath for 5 minutes.
- Once cooled, crack the eggs and remove the shells.
- Halve the eggs lengthwise and scoop out the yolks into a bowl.
- Mash the yolks and mix in mayonnaise, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce until smooth.
- Pipe or spoon the filling back into the egg whites and garnish with dill or paprika if desired.
