Instructions
- Hard boil the eggs by placing them in a pot and covering with water.
- Bring the water to a boil, then cover the pot and turn off the heat, letting the eggs sit for 12-14 minutes.
- Prepare an ice water bath while the eggs sit.
- Transfer the eggs to the ice water bath to cool for a few minutes.
- Peel the eggs under cold running water and slice them in half lengthwise.
- Scoop the yolks into a mixing bowl and mash them.
- Mix in the mayonnaise, vinegar, mustards, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture and sprinkle with paprika before serving.
