Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F.
- Whisk the dry ingredients in a mixing bowl.
- In a separate bowl, combine the wet ingredients using an electric mixer, adding the melted coconut oil last.
- Mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until combined.
- Grease a Bundt pan and sift cocoa powder into it to coat the inside.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for about 40 minutes.
- Cool the cake in the pan for 15 minutes, then loosen the edges with a knife.
- Flip the cake onto a cooling rack and freeze for about 30 minutes.
- To make the drizzle, melt cacao butter and honey in a double boiler, then let it cool slightly.
- Pour the white chocolate over the cake, freezing briefly between layers until set.
