Homemade Paleo Chocolate

Ingredients

  • 50 grams cacao butter
  • 15 grams coconut butter
  • 10 grams cacao powder
  • 10 grams maple sugar, powdered
  • 2 grams sunflower lecithin powder
  • ½ gram vanilla powder
  • 1 pinch celtic sea salt

Instructions

  1. Melt cacao butter in a small pot over very low heat.
  2. Stir in coconut butter and remove from heat.
  3. Measure dry ingredients using a scale.
  4. Combine cacao powder, maple sugar, sunflower lecithin, vanilla powder, and salt in a small bowl.
  5. Grind the dry ingredients in a coffee grinder.
  6. Whisk the dry ingredients into the cacao butter mixture.
  7. Transfer the mixture to a chocolate bar mold.
  8. Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
  9. Store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
