Instructions
- Melt cacao butter in a small pot over very low heat.
- Stir in coconut butter and remove from heat.
- Measure dry ingredients using a scale.
- Combine cacao powder, maple sugar, sunflower lecithin, vanilla powder, and salt in a small bowl.
- Grind the dry ingredients in a coffee grinder.
- Whisk the dry ingredients into the cacao butter mixture.
- Transfer the mixture to a chocolate bar mold.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
