Instructions
- Chop the chocolate into small pieces.
- In a saucepan, whisk together coconut milk, water, maple syrup, vanilla, and sea salt.
- Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer over medium-low heat.
- Add the chopped chocolate and cocoa powder, whisking until melted and well combined.
- Remove from heat and pour into glasses.
- Serve with whipped coconut cream if desired.
