Instructions
- Heat the cashew milk in a small saucepan until it simmers.
- In a separate saucepan, boil the water and stir in the matcha green tea powder, whisking until well combined.
- Combine the milk mixture and tea in a glass jar, then add lemon juice, sweetener, and collagen protein powder.
- Blend the mixture with an immersion blender until frothy.
- Transfer to a cup and serve immediately.
