Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons collagen protein powder (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat the cashew milk in a small saucepan until it simmers.
  2. In a separate saucepan, boil the water and stir in the matcha green tea powder, whisking until well combined.
  3. Combine the milk mixture and tea in a glass jar, then add lemon juice, sweetener, and collagen protein powder.
  4. Blend the mixture with an immersion blender until frothy.
  5. Transfer to a cup and serve immediately.
