Instructions
- Chop the tempeh into triangles or slices.
- In a large bowl, whisk together all marinade ingredients except the tempeh.
- Add the tempeh to the marinade and toss to ensure it is evenly coated.
- Refrigerate the marinated tempeh for at least 2 hours, up to 12 hours.
- After marinating, place the tempeh on a parchment-lined baking sheet and pour any remaining marinade on top.
- Bake the tempeh in a preheated oven at 375°F for 20 minutes.
- Serve immediately, enjoying it on salads, in bowls, with veggies, or with rice noodles.
