Sesame Roasted Tempeh

plain tempeh, cubed

soy sauce, reduced sodium

sesame oil

sriracha sauce

agave syrup

fresh grated ginger
Instructions
- 1. Place cubed tempeh in a medium dish.
- 2. Add soy sauce, sesame oil, sriracha sauce, agave syrup, garlic, and ginger. Stir well, cover, and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
- 3. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Spread the marinated tempeh on a baking sheet.
- 4. Roast in the top rack of the oven for 15-20 minutes until golden and crisp on the outside.
- 5. Remove from oven and let cool.
- 6. Serve in salads, as an entree, or in sandwiches or wraps. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
