Hot and Cheesy Crab and Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 14 oz artichoke hearts, canned, drained
  • 1 lb crab meat, imitation or lump
  • 2 tbsp chives
  • 6 tbsp reduced fat sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 6 tbsp light mayonnaise
  • cup parmesan cheese
  • ¾ cup shredded reduced fat sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1-2 tsp tabasco sauce
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Drain and finely chop the artichoke hearts.
  3. Finely chop the crab meat.
  4. In a medium bowl, combine the chopped artichokes, crab meat, and remaining ingredients.
  5. Mix well using a rubber spatula.
  6. Transfer the mixture into a shallow baking dish.
  7. Bake until the cheese is melted and the top is golden, about 30 minutes.
  8. Serve hot with baked chips.
