Hot Baked Crab Dip with Cream Cheese

Ingredients

  • ¾ pound lump crab meat
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt or sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup grated white cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan Reggiano cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • as needed olive oil (to coat baking dish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese and Greek yogurt (or sour cream) and mix well.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients, reserving half of the cheese for topping, and mix thoroughly.
  4. Coat a small baking dish or cast iron skillet with olive oil.
  5. Transfer the dip mixture to the baking dish and top with the reserved cheese.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is melted.
  7. Sprinkle with green onions before cooling and serving.
