Easy Hot Baked Crab Dip

Ingredients

The dip

  • ½ pound lump crab meat
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt or sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup white cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • ¼ cup parmigiano reggiano cheese (shredded)
  • ¼ cup muenster cheese (chopped in small chunks)
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • ½ lemon juice of

Topping

  • 2 tablespoons green onions (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Combine cream cheese and Greek yogurt in a medium bowl and mix well.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients, using only half of the cheese, and mix well.
  4. Spray a small baking dish with cooking spray and add the dip mixture.
  5. Top with the remaining shredded cheese and place chunks of muenster cheese throughout.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the cheese has melted.
  7. Sprinkle with the remaining green onions and serve.
