Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a large bowl, mix together crab meat, cream cheese, and horseradish.
- Add onion, garlic, ½ cup of cheddar cheese, salt, and pepper to the mixture.
- Pour the mixture into a baking dish and top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 25 minutes, then broil for an additional 5 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
- Let cool for 10 minutes before serving with crackers or veggies.
