Hot Crab Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 packages cream cheese
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 ½ cups shredded crab (or Krab)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 5-6 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup chopped green onions
  • 1 tablespoon Creole or mild coarse-grain mustard
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded crab and lemon juice.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients to the bowl and mix well.
  4. Spread the mixture into a 9-inch pie plate or a medium baking dish.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
  6. Serve with slices of sourdough bread.
