Instructions
- Mix salt and pepper in a small bowl and rub it onto the pork ribs.
- Place chopped onion in the Instant Pot and add water and apple cider vinegar.
- Add the pork ribs and barbecue sauce to the pot.
- Close the lid and set the pot to manual high pressure for 35 minutes.
- After cooking, allow for a natural release for about 15 minutes.
- Serve with your choice of sides.
