Instructions
- Rub the ribs with the spice rub on all sides and let them sit.
- Add apple juice, liquid smoke, and apple cider vinegar to the pressure cooker and place the trivet inside.
- Place the ribs on the trivet without overlapping too much.
- Seal the lid and set the steam release knob to Sealing. Cook on high pressure for 25 minutes.
- After cooking, let the pressure release naturally for 10 minutes, then manually release any remaining pressure.
- Open the lid and transfer the ribs to a foil-lined baking pan. Slather with barbecue sauce.
- Optionally, broil the ribs for a few minutes to caramelize the sauce, watching carefully to prevent burning.
- Serve with extra barbecue sauce for dipping.
