Sourdough Discard Biscuits

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- Mix flour, salt, and baking powder in a medium bowl.
- Cut in the cold butter until the mixture is crumbly.
- Mix in scallions if using.
- In another bowl, combine sourdough starter and sour cream.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and mix until a shaggy dough forms.
- Knead gently for a few seconds, then pat into a rectangle.
- Fold the dough into thirds, patting it down each time.
- Cut the dough into 6 pieces and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 205°F.
