One-Skillet Broccoli Chicken Orzo

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Sear the chicken in a preheated cast-iron skillet with 1 teaspoon of olive oil for 5 minutes on each side until golden.
- Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, sauté the minced garlic, remaining olive oil, and chili flakes for 1-2 minutes over medium heat.
- Add the chopped broccoli and stir for about a minute, then remove from heat.
- Stir in the uncooked orzo, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and feta into the broccoli mixture.
- Pour hot chicken broth over the mixture and place the seared chicken breasts on top.
- Cover the pan with foil and bake for 20-25 minutes, ensuring the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Garnish with fresh dill, feta cheese, and lemon slices before serving.
